The addition of some spicy piri piri peppers completes this already delicious dish.
1 package of Chicken Mozambique Seasoning Mix
1 pound boneless chicken cut into bite size pieces
½ cup white wine
½ cup water
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon chili sauce
In large sauté pan, melt butter over medium heat.
Add chicken and sauté 2-3 minutes.
Add wine, water, chili sauce and seasoning mix, bring up to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Serve with white rice or pasta, optional.
